We take many factors into consideration when determining our VG/PG ration, in order to maximize flavor and performance across all devices. Whether it is in your dripper, your squonker, or your tank. Our VG/PG ratio’s are as follows:

  • All 120mL bottles are a 70/30 VG/PG ratio
  • All 30mL bottles (Nic Salts) are a 50/50 VG/PG ratio

Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of eliquid, we cannot accept returns. If you have received a damaged product or an incorrect order, please fill out the form on our contact page.

Our E-Liquid has a shelf life of about one year. E-Juice should be kept at a room temperature and away from any direct sunlight between each use. Exposure to sunlight will cause E-Liquid to darken in color as it does speed up the nicotine oxidation process.

We source only the highest quality ingredients from start to finish. We use USP grade propylene glycol, USP vegetable glycerin, USP/food grade natural and artificial flavorings, and UPS grade nicotine/nicotine salts.

We currently offer 0mg, 3mg and 6mg nicotine strengths for freebase and 35mg/50mg for nic salts.

All orders over a $60 value in E-Juice before tax and after discounts are eligible for free shipping.

Depending on the order size, we ship with USPS First Class (Up to 2 bottles) and USPS Priority Mail (3+ bottles). We also allow customers to select the Priority Mail shipping method for orders 2 bottles and less.

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer international shipping.

If your order is placed before 2PM PST, we will have it sent out the same day. If your order is placed after 2PM PST, your order will be sent out the following business day.

Orders of two 120mls or fewer will ship via USPS First Class Mail and anything greater will ship via USPS Priority Mail. You can expect your package to arrive within 3-5 business days through USPS First Class Mail and 1-3 days through USPS Priority Mail, depending on where you live.

Once the shipping label is printed for your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Alternatively, you can login to your Abstrakt dashboard, go to Orders and the tracking number will be displayed inside your order information as well.

We pride ourselves in organization, punctuality, and customer service. And we try to do our best at all times, but mistakes do happen. With that being said, if this happens and you’ve been given the wrong flavor or strength, please keep the order and we will promptly send out a new one!

Please fill out the form on our contact page. Include your full name or order#, a picture of the contents of the package, and the correct flavor and/or strength.

The first steps would be to contact your local post office as they would have much more information than we would. If they were no further help, feel free to contact us and we can try to get some answers on our side. At this point if there is still no information on the location of the package, we will send a replacement.

We are not liable for incorrect addresses provided during the checkout process. Sending us a support ticket after placing the order also does not guarantee that we will be able to change the information in time. If it was delivered to the wrong address, but the address provided was correct, we will contact USPS to find out what happened, based on their answer we will proceed to send out a new package to the customer.

We accept all major credit cards. Please note that the credit card used must be registered in the US.

We always recommend doing a quick search of your email accounts for “Abstrakt” to figure out which email was used to register. If you are still unable to find your Login or User ID you can submit a support ticket on our contact us page, or email us at

Visit and when prompted to enter your password, select “Forgot Password” and follow the instructions.

To change your email address associated with your Abstrakt Account or your password please log into your Abstrakt account and go to your Abstrakt Dashboard and under “Account Details” you can change your email and password for your account.
